Will you restock items that have sold out?
We may restock popular items, but when and if is not guaranteed. We are constantly trying to come up with new items/designs for you to enjoy :) Follow us on Instagram and sign up for our emailing list to get the best updates for restocked items!
What is your cancellation/return/refund policy?
At this time we do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds because we have very limited inventory. We appreciate your support and understanding!
When will my order ship?
On average it takes us 1 to 3 business days to process and ship out your orders! Time may vary around major holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work hard to get your darling orders in your hands!
My order's tracking has been stuck or lost. Now what?
Once we ship out your order - it is quite literally out of our hands. Please contact your local USPS, FedEx, etc to get more information. We can send a replacement upon request if the order has not been delivered after 8 weeks from the ship date.
